Service Agreements

We offer a variety of anesthesia service and maintenance agreements for all applications.

Agreement Types

Basic

  • Includes labor associated with routine maintenance of anesthesia machine.
  • Parts, unscheduled anesthesia service calls, and travel charges will be provided at additional cost to the customer.
  • A minimum of three calls is required, except when specifically indicated.
  • The cost for unscheduled service includes, but is not limited to: Labor. parts, travel time, travel expenses, and special charges.

Standard

  • Includes labor and all parts* with a unit list price up to $250 associated with routine maintenance of anesthesia machine.
  • Unscheduled anesthesia service calls will be provided at additional cost to the customer.
  • This cost includes but is not limited to: labor, parts, travel time, travel expenses, and special charges

Extended

  • Includes all labor, travel time, and mileage charges associated with maintenance and unscheduled service calls during normal working hours.**
  • A minimum of four calls per year is required. Parts can be provided at additional cost to the customer.

Extended Warranty

  • Includes labor and all parts* associated with routine maintenance, unscheduled service calls,** travel time, and mileage charges.
  • A minimum of four calls per year is required.

*Specific parts such as expendable and elastomer goods (breathing circuits, tubes, masks, hoses, etc.), batteries, user-replaceable cartridges, and probes are not included.

**Unscheduled anesthesia service provided outside our normal working hours will be furnished at our current prices. The cost includes but is not limited to: charges for labor, travel expenses, and special charges.
