Our technicians are factory trained on Datex/Ohmeda, Draeger Medical, Datascope, Penlon, and other anesthesia machines. Our professional service team has the ability to assist you in maintaining your operating budget with the same high quality anesthesia service that you have come to expect.

Anesthesia machine maintenance is very important, requiring periodic checks on major components of the system. Joint Commission and NFPA require performance and safety testing of all equipment in the Management Program prior to install, use and at least annually there after.

The Total Source, LLC offers anesthesia service on an annual contract basis or by the way the customer requests. This service can be as simple as the annual testing and documentation required by JCAHO, or it can be a complete maintenance contract.

The complete contract program provides one visit to the facility each each year that tests different parts of the anesthesia equipment and operation of the system. All reasonable repairs, collaboration, and and adjustments are included. Any major item of repair will be written up and and presented for bid or a purchase order.

The Total Source, LLC performs verification/certification on Medical Gas Systems per NFPA guidelines.

We offer the most comprehensive system evaluations. Your entire system will be evaluated for code compliance and patient safety issues. We provide this service coast to coast.

Verification is performed on all existing systems and systems that have had any additions or repairs performed.

The testing for verification consists of testing for crossed lines, impurities, equipment malfunction, checking connections, and auditing components within the system.

We provide documentation to meet all regulatory agency requirements. Consulting services available to architects, engineers, general and mechanical contractors, and hospital staff for new installations and renovations.

Our goal is to present clients with accurate environmental testing, medical gas retesting, analytical results, process problem solving, and materials characterization, utilizing a variety of advanced examination and methods that enable them to evaluate their status with respect to local, state, and federal regulations.

Inspection of all medical gas source and pipeline equipment recommended per NFPA 99 guidelines and JACHO requirements. Room air exchange testing for all Operating Rooms, Surgery Departments, Laboratory Departments and Patient Isolation Rooms.
